Grant Batty was appointed as a Sufficiently Independent Director in December 2024. Grant has over 20 years’ experience in the UK water industry having held a number of senior operational, regulatory and transformational roles. He also holds Non‑Executive Director roles at UK Water Industry Research (UKWIR) and Halkyn District Mines Drainage Company Ltd.
