Prior to joining NEP, he spent four years in the UK Government as Major Projects Lead for CCUS and Hydrogen at the Infrastructure & Projects Authority.
An experienced industry leader, Rich brings 28 years of experience at Shell, where he held senior technical, commercial, and leadership roles across the Upstream business. From 2016 to 2019, he served as Managing Director of Shell Norway, during which he helped establish Northern Lights, the world-leading CO₂ transport and storage joint venture.
